Mike & Lisa welcome you to Thomas Creek Alpacas in Scio, Oregon. Located in the idyllic Willamette Valley, at the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, our philosophy is simple. By starting with a high quality foundation herd and concentrating on great conformation and fleece through carefully selective breeding and then adding a huge dose of passion and loving care we have quietly assembled our dream.  Our efforts have allowed us to start and develop our herd of primarily bred grey and true black alpacas. The addition (through breeding) of our junior herdsire Admiral Ka Nui speaks volumes for our effort.

We are proud to recently add Terje to our herd as a herdsire of exceptional quality. Terje has received seven blue ribbons from six different judges. His most recent blue ribbon was in the 2008 SOJAA spin-off with his fourth year fleece. He scored a 99.5 and Karen Ries states "awesome, spun like butter". Terje has proven himself with multiple females to his credit.

Visit us and you'll meet the people who make Thomas Creek Alpacas a place to raise, breed, and learn about alpacas. We are committed to raising quality alpacas and providing you with the knowledge and insight necessary to promote and encourage your success in breeding and raising alpacas.

Breeding these beautiful animals is much more than an investment, it is our passion.  We are frequently accused of treating our alpacas better than we treat ourselves.  Come see why.

We are frequently updating our website, so please check back often.
